Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Hillcrest is a stone cottage dating back to the 1700s set within rolling countryside in the quiet hamlet of Preston Capes. This peaceful and beautifully renovated cottage offers all the charm of a period cottage, with the convenience and comfort of modern living. The cottage has a private walled garden and outdoor eating area. There are several good pubs/restaurants within easy driving distance or a walk for the more energetic guests (Fawsley Hall or The Plough at Everdon).

Currently we do not have a TV in the room but have high speed broadband if you want to stream using your own devices. Located approx 10/15 mins from Silverstone and between the pretty Northamptonshire villages of Blisworth and Stoke Bruerne, this is the perfect place to explore the surrounding countryside.
