With an outdoor swimming pool, right next to the heath and forest and within cycling distance of the Heerderstrand. There are five bicycles available. A wonderful place.

This unique home was built under architectural design and guidance. Rural location on the edge of forest and sand drift. The Veluwemeer is within cycling distance. Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the area. Downstairs, everything is on the ground floor. People with physical disabilities are also welcome. (Help from the host, is possible based on availability. He is a nurse) Pets are not allowed (except for service dogs). No parties! No smoking in the house.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

It is a very simple, small apartment located in a working-class neighborhood. Suitable for two people, but four people is possible. (very small for three/four people) The entrance and all rooms are private. The bustling centre is less than a 10-minute walk away. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, and the train station is a 7-minute walk away. There are beautiful hiking and cycling tours to be undertaken from our address. Minimum age requirement: 23 years.

B&B De Boomgaard

B&B De Boomgaard is located near the village of Heerde, between IJsselvallei and Veluwse forests, on the A50, in the middle of Apeldoorn and Zwolle. The detached cottage is over 40 m2 and furnished for 2 people, equipped with all the comforts such as underfloor heating with a pellet stove, Wi-Fi, smart TV, combi microwave/oven, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker. For hikers, there are two bicycles available for cycling to the village.

The ex-bakery has been converted into a cozy apartment. The bakery has its own entrance and has all the comforts, a private bathroom and a kitchenette with refrigerator. A short steep ship's staircase leads up to the bedroom (double bed or two single beds). You will sleep here under the beams. You can use the adjacent (shared) utility room. Here you have access to a stove and combi oven. The reservation is without breakfast.
