The apartment for fitters and holiday guests with 3 floors and 4 bedrooms has been newly furnished. Separate entrance on the first floor with hallway, wardrobe and laundry room with washer-dryer. On the 2nd floor are the 4 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower and tub. On the 3rd floor, there is a large kitchen with adjoining living area and covered balcony. Wi-Fi and parking are available.

Auszeit39 is an exceptional holiday home in the Weser Uplands for up to six people. The highlight is the private bowling alley, which is available for exclusive use. In 94 m², you will find bedrooms, a living and dining area with sofa beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom. A foosball table with a billiards function, parking spaces and a bicycle storage room are available. Ideal for families, friends and active vacationers. There is intentionally no WiFi – but there is nature, time together and a mobile network.

Our vacation home is a spacious forester's house on more than 2300 square meters of land, which offers plenty of comfort. Behind the historic facade are four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a guest toilet and a bright country kitchen. In the spacious living and dining area with fireplace or the sauna, you can relax wonderfully. In summer, our swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself. The house offers a spacious outdoor area with several terraces and teak furniture as well as sun loungers.

The last bastion of Einbeck

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Nestled in the picturesque greenery of Sollingen, it sits right at the edge of the forest with a stunning view of the beautiful Bergsee Lake. Here, you can explore a fascinating variety of birds, enjoy magnificent hiking trails, or try out thrilling mountain biking routes. You can also unwind on the sandy beach, taking in the water, the nature, and the peace it offers.
