The Kitchenette has plates, cutlery, a microwave, jug, toaster, Air fryer & fridge freezer. (No cooktop) it does have a BBQ outside with an electric oven. The living has 2 couches 1 x chair & Air Con . The tiled bathroom has underfloor heating. The outdoor living has a dinning table , couch, fire frost pots and all just a 7 minutes drive to central Wanaka.
