A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise. We have two e-bikes available for hire.

Penrith Guest Suite with Lake & Mountain Views

Beautiful lake-side self-contained suite. 10 minutes drive from Wanaka with off-street parking and a 2 minute walk to lake beaches, bush walks, bike tracks. The suite is warm, clean and comfortable with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and lounge. Bedrooms come with queen beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. Bathroom has walk-in shower, large bath and vanity. Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment

It has bed,dining,lounge with separate bathroom. Tea,coffee facilities an BBQ . Views under the apple tree out to hazelnut orchard. Close to Lake walks,bike tracks,fishing,supermarket, cafe,takeaway,garage. 15 mins to wanaka shops an eateries. Responsible dog owners welcome on approval. Owners house on site with 3 sociable terriers.

The Fisher Apartment, Albert Town

This modern, well appointed apartment in Albert Town, Wānaka, is alongside the Clutha River and 3.5 km (5 minute drive) from the Wānaka township. The apartment is adjacent to a selection of walking and biking tracks accommodating all levels of fitness. The apartment itself offers a safe environment within a complex that includes a tavern, a patisserie, a general store and a public laundry. Your hosts, Marty and Jane, live close by and can provide local advice and support if necessary.

The cabin is a bright, private one bedroom free standing cabin on our property. Full bathroom and kitchenette (microwave, jug, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, mini fridge etc) sorry no stove. BBQ grill for your use. Stunning views of the mountains in a new neighbourhood. Short 5 minute drive to downtown Wanaka. 5 minute walk to local restaurant/bar. Wifi and Netflix available on Samsung 32 inch TV. Heat pump for heating in winter/cooling in the summer.

Available now, new upmarket luxury lakefront apartment, privately owned. Apartment is located on ground level, beautifully designed, built and appointed, with it's own onsite parking. Located on the lakefront with stunning lake and mountain views, just a short 700 meter stroll to downtown Wanaka's shops, restaurants, and bars. During the ski season months of July ,August and September, a drying room for ski gear will be available on request, when booking.
