This is a double lot on the water with an updated kitchen, living room, and flooring. An 85" inch TV with LED lighting behind it creates a theatre like atmosphere at night coupled with the sound bar. Great for entertaining a family or having a party. You can fish right off the dock and also enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises! This is a gem on Harsen's Island!

We have an eclectic decor,with a great balcony view of the St.Clair river. Just relax and watch the freighters and pleasure boats go by. If your looking for lunch or finer dining we are just blocks from Gars (with their famous 1# burgers) and brew; The Fish Company is walking distance with their new addition up stairs with expansive balcony, and oh did I mention they have great food. The Little Bar is just a small drive about 10 + block south of town with amazing dining and drinks. No pets

The property is a lower unit located on a canal with all the amenities you need. The kitchen comes with everything to prepare meals, Keurig coffee pot, dishwasher, cover porch over looking canal, BBQ, fire pit and place to dock 10 to 23ft boat. It’s within walking distance to local establishments and Algonac State Park. There is great fishing, boating, walking trails, and other activities in the area. It’s within seconds to St. Clair River, Harsens Island and Lake St. Clair.
