This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. There is also a sauna. Suitable for up to two families or three couples. The location: village edge overlooking the fields, the circular village of Trabuhn in beautiful Wendland. In the village there is a riding stable with flexible riding opportunities for guests, including children. Swimming opportunities in Arendsee and Gartow.

Euch erwarten ein großzügiger, offener Wohn- und Essbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, vier separate Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder sowie ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Gäste. Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Highlight ist der helle Wohnbereich mit hoher Decke, offenem Fachwerk und verglastem Tennentor mit Blick auf den Dorfplatz.

The 100 m² apartment on the 1st floor offers you two cozy bedrooms with double beds (140 cm and 180 cm), a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony with panoramic views of the countryside. Your own entrance ensures privacy. Enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and experience undisturbed rest in the middle of nature – an ideal retreat for nature lovers and peace seekers.

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

The whole apartment was renovated in 2020 and furnished in a modern country house style. The location on the outskirts and the many windows allow a view of fields, forest and meadows and on clear nights you can admire a special starry sky here. A large, lovingly designed garden, outdoor seating and lockable storage for bicycles are available.

The spacious farmhouse, renovated in 2024, is in a quiet location and can accommodate up to 6 people. All rooms are located on the ground floor and are barrier-free. From the kitchen you have direct access to the south-facing terrace, which offers sufficient privacy. The large property is shared with the hostess. The large garden with seating areas and the pool (depending on the weather) are available. The place offers variety for a relaxing vacation.

Just let your mind wander

Spacious apartment with terrace in a lovely location. The nearest shops are in Wustrow (4 km) and Lüchow (8 km). If you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoy the tranquility and nature, this is the place to be. Village location, hardly any neighbors, the nearest bus stop is 1.5 km away and the nearest train station is 17 km away. Pure nature! To be mobile on site, it is therefore recommended to travel by car and/or bicycles.
