A lovely family home right in the middle of Wemeldinge Marina, with the sea at the end of the road. Set in a cosy village, which has a small beach 5 minutes walk away, 2 windmills, 5 eateries within 1 km from the house, and cycling paths everywhere. The house is able to accommodate maximum 4 adults and up to 3 children. Our neighbourhood rules limit the amount of adults we can host, so I am afraid that I will have to turn down any requests from groups or families with more than four adults.

Onze woning is een sfeervolle plek in het centrum van MIDDELBURG .De woning heeft een afsluitbare stadstuin . Het zeer ruime huis bevindt zich in het stadscentrum van middelburg in de nabijheid van gezellige winkels, restaurants en een filmhuis. Met de fiets ben je in 15 minuten op het strand van Dishoek. Om de hoek zitten o.a. een supermarkt en bakker . We stellen 2 fietsen beschikbaar die je kunt gebruiken om heerlijk te toeren, recentelijk hebben wij een tweede slaapkamer gerealiseerd

NEU ab OKT 2024: Renoviertes Schlafzimmer als Einzelzimmer im EG Unser Haus ist Teil des Bungalowparks "De Tong" in Bruinisse am Grevelingenmeer. Wir haben das Haus ursprünglich im Herbst 2019 übernommen und seither alles liebevoll eingerichtet und neu ausgestattet. Aber auch seither sind immer wieder Neuerungen wie die Überdachung der Terrasse, die Aussenlounge, die Fahrräder zur allg. Nutzung hinzugekommen und Teilbereiche im Haus wurden optimiert und/ oder renoviert.

Het huis ligt op loopafstand van het historische stadscentrum. Je zult genieten van mijn plek. Het is een knus, sfeervol huis, met een klein, beschut tuintje op het Westen. Je voelt je er meteen thuis. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor stellen. Het Anton Pieck-achtige straatje is voetgangersgebied. Gratis parkeren kan in de directe omgeving. Volg daarvoor de navigatie-instructies. Middelburg is een monumentenstad, Walcheren wordt ook wel 'de Tuin van Zeeland' genoemd.

Op loopafstand van boulevard, strand en winkelcentrum met gratis privé parkeerplaats. Uniek in Vlissingen! In overleg met ons kunnen jullie de garage gebruiken om fietsen of motoren te stallen. De derde week in juli is het kermis in het centrum.
