Wellness Retreat at the Wiehen Hills Enjoy a stylish getaway in our lovingly furnished apartment at the Wiehen Hills, just a few minutes from the beautiful moor. The wellness area with sauna and cold plunge pool can be booked optionally. A separate entrance, parking space and private terrace provide peace, privacy and comfort. A large box spring bed (200 × 220 cm), a corner sofa with sleeping function (2 × 90 × 200 cm), massage chair and 75” TV with streaming services offer additional comfort.

Historic Cottage for nature lovers

Unser kleines Backhaus stammt ursprünglich aus dem 17. Jahrhundert und gehörte zu einem großen Niedersachsenhof, der leider nicht mehr existiert. Jutta hat das Haus vor gut 20 Jahren erworben und es mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail zu einer kleinen Oase gemacht. Gelegen im 1000 Seelen Dorf mit Dorfladen, Bank und Tankstelle kann man Ruhe und Entspannung unter den riesigen Eichen finden. Ausgebaute Radwege laden zu Fahradfahren ein. Die ländliche Umgebung bietet jede Menge Natur.

Pretty countryside apartment

This pretty apartment is located in an old half-timbered house very close to the Neustädter Moor. Ideal for walking, cycling or crane watching. The Dümmer can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. In the village there is a swimming pool, a variety of shops and restaurants. The Ströhen Zoo and the Moor Worlds can be found in the neighboring village. The apartment is fully equipped, has a double bedroom and in the living room there is a sofa bed.

Living in the (tiny) house - idyll in Crane Land!

Relaxed, quiet atmosphere for stargazers! Idyllic garden house on former farm in a very quiet location. Ideal for cyclists and country lovers, far away from cities and villages. In good weather, stargazers can admire the Milky Way, as the view is so clear at night. During the day you can just sit down and listen to the birds and in the evening enjoy the chirping of the crickets with wine. Starting in October, the cranes move into the country.

Pappelheim

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Welcome to our lovingly renovated apartment in a former cowshed! This unique property is the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation in nature. The apartment offers everything for a comfortable stay, has its own entrance and offers self-check-in on request. The large garden can also be used! The surroundings invite you to cycle, hike in the moor, relax at Lake Dümmer, watch birds and much more! Looking forward to seeing you soon!

*Glamping* on a country estate (yurt)

At the foot of the Wiehen Hills, under trees, directly on a small stream is the 800 m², completely fenced property. You use this property all to yourselves. The glamping tent is decorated with warm colors, a large bed, lots of cuddly pillows, blankets, bedside tables, lamps and a nice sitting area. In front of the tent is a small campfire place. Under the large weeping willow you will find a romantic sitting area with a grill.

Die gemütliche (Nichtraucher-)Ferienwohnung ist voll eingerichtet und als meine Gäste könnt ihr euch hier wie zuhause fühlen. Ihr könnt bei schönem Wetter draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken oder ihr macht es euch auf einer der Liegen gemütlich. Wunderschöne ausgewiesene Rad- und Wanderwege laden zum Erholen ein. WLAN steht zur Verfügung.

Circus wagon on the alpaca pasture - pure relaxation!

At Alpakahof Strange, we live with many animals on an old farmstead from 1848. The Lower Saxony hall house is still in its original condition in some parts and exudes the charm of a long-gone rural tradition. In the pasture behind the farmhouse stands the spacious circus wagon. The wagon shares the pasture with our llamas and alpacas, who graze and rest there during the day. Pure relaxation!

Vacation surrounded by nature

In the heart of the Teutoburg Forest, in the middle of the Bad Essen mountain, in the immediate vicinity of the family vacation home Haus Sonnenwinkel, is our lovingly and comfortably furnished vacation home for up to four people. Bright and friendly rooms with a great view of the southern Wiehen Hills await you. Many hiking trails can be used around the house.

Apartment in the countryside

The 120 sqm apartment is half of a farmhouse from 1898 and has been renovated. Surrounded by fields, the house is in a secluded location and is perfect for enjoying nature and tranquility. There is a garden with terrace and also a grill available on request. From the south terrace you can see over fields to the nearby Wiehn Mountains.
