Een supermooie keuken (bulthaup), met cooker, magnetron, oven, koffiemachine, koel- en vrieskas en vaatwasser. Met wasmachine, droger, strijkbout en plank. De villa ligt aan het water met eigen steiger met kano op ruim perceel (±750 m2). Midden in de natuur. Vlak bij Veluwemeer, Harderwijk, Dolfinarium, Walibi etc.

Ons vakantiehuis is gelegen op de prachtigste en rustigste plek aan de rand van recreatiepark 'De Krim' met uitzicht op de 18-holes golfbaan en de duinen van Texel. Dit huis is in 2015 volledig verbouwd en gerenoveerd en biedt veel luxe en comfort en is heerlijk vertoeven zowel in de zomer als winter periode. * Veiliger is altijd eerst een bericht te sturen voor boeking. Modern waterfront villa on dream location only 20 minutes outside Amsterdam! Villa Toscanini is beautifully designed and fully equipped for your comfort with own parking inside the property. The house is spacious, including a fully furnished terrace and BBQ. The villa has a big private garden with a trampoline, private swimming pool and is surrounded by swimming water. Heerlijke villa met groot terras en prachtige tuin

Geniet met het hele gezin in deze luxe vakantiewoning op een kleinschalig complex met maar 5 woningen , voldoende parkeergelegenheid bij het huis , een heerlijke tuin omsloten met een beukenhaag , groot terras op het zuiden . Woning heeft een fijne eilandkeuken , badkamer met ligbad, 2e toilet en 2 slaapkamers op de eerste verdieping. Verder heeft het huis vloerverwarming en vloerkoeling . Ook is onze Finse buiten sauna in de tuin bij te boeken . [20 € voor 2 uur , ter plaatse te betalen].
