Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Relax in this unique and fantastic split-level home: lots of light, space and cozy outdoor terraces. From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level down are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

Villa Maison Mer can accommodate up to 6 guests. The house is located directly by the water, has a jetty and invites you to relax in the sun on the large terrace. From here you have a unique view of the IJsselmeer. Whether you like to go fishing directly from your own jetty, kiting, windsurfing on the IJsselmeer or boating. Everyone will be happy in this family-friendly park. In the colder seasons you can relax in the in-house sauna or sit comfortably in front of the fireplace.

(8-16 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located in the centre of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from the nightlife, train station, forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. The entire upper house is more than half of this Villa with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. The minimum booking is 8 people 2 nights.
