There is a Canadian cedar cabin waiting for you almost in the wilderness, in a quiet and blind valley of the Bobrůvka River under a 300-year-old linden tree. In summer, you can taste the barefoot or in boots pleasantly cool river water to welcome you or use the 300m distant bridge over the river. After all, civilization is waiting for you here: WiFi, water, shower, equipped kitchen, TV, only the toilet is a piece to the wooden house (dry toilet). You will sleep in a cozy bedroom with an all-glass gable overlooking the linden tree. You may even see a deer in the morning grazing right out of bed.

Romantic fishing lodge Kozlov

Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

We offer accommodation in a cottage, which is located in beautiful nature. There is peace and quiet for the whole family, a couple or a small group of friends. In summer, you will find many nice places for hiking or cycling. In winter, there are cross-country ski trails or a ski slope about 10 km away. There is a playground with a trampoline, a goal or a volleyball net. Relaxation is offered by an outdoor hot tub, which is in operation all year round. In summer, you can sit on the terrace and grill something good, and in winter, you can relax in the winter garden by the fireplace.

When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? The house was built by my grandparents and they spent most of their lives in it. When I inherited it, I didn't really know what to do with it. I travel a lot myself, so I decided to open it to people who love discovering new places as much as I do. I left some pieces of furniture as a memory of my grandparents and my childhood, so you will find not only modern comfort, but also a touch of nostalgia. We offer a short-term rental/holiday estate in Jindřichovice near Želetava. The layout includes 2 bedrooms with a capacity of 8 beds, a large living room, a kitchen and a glazed winter garden. The enclosed garden includes a covered and spacious barn for sitting and barbecuing. A new feature is the Hottube heating barrel. The historic town of Telč is 15 km away. There is a small playground in the village.
