The cottage has been renovated, has a separate entrance, bathroom and its own garden with pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one fold-out), a desk, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bookcase, and a kind, romantic atmosphere. There is peace and privacy. - In winter, it is heated, I will be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend you a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass only when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

The house is located in a small quiet village near the Dalešice reservoir. Lots of bike trails nearby, forgotten places where you'll come across the ruins of old castles, coves suitable for fishing.

The apartment is located in a newly built residential area a short walk from a wellness center and a department store. It is located 20 km from the Moravian Karst and 15 km from the centre of Brno. It takes 30 minutes from Main train station Brno. Parking is available in a covered parking space next to the apartment.
