Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The house is centrally located in the beautiful mountain village of Ftan (1650 meters above sea level). The flat has its own entrance. 1 parking space (free) is available below the house. Our guests also have free Wi-Fi access. In the living area, TV is available.

Im Haus und in der Wohnung befinden sich viele antike Gebrauchsgegenstände. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des Flairs aus alten Zeiten, ausgestattet mit allem Komfort. You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the forecourt with original Lower Engadine flair. Our apartments are located in the complex of the Tulai holiday park. The building consists of 113 apartments. We have 10 apartments (all facing south) which we have completely renovated in recent years. The studio offers more than 50 m² of generous space for 2 people. They are modern and tastefully decorated and invite you to relax and enjoy.
