Also known as Quinta do Fundo de Vila, it is located on just over 1 hectare of pure nature, in a peaceful and idyllic setting. Consisting of 3 private houses for visitors, each rented separately. In total, we accommodate up to 18 people for retreats, family reunions and the like. We welcome everyone, regardless of ethnicity, color, religion or sexual orientation.

Stone House

We are in a farm (1,5 ha) in the North/Center area, near Caramulo, 30 km from Viseu and 50 km from Aveiro. The Stone House (next to the main house) is a T0, with a bedroom/living-room with 2 beds, a kitchen and a bathroom. Coming from Vouzela, on the road CM 1308 (the connecting of Vouzela to A25) before reaching the first village you will find a mailbox on the left with a sign that says: AMS - Mata Sustentável, there you are.

Quinta da Olga (Local Accommodation) is surrounded by mountains and excellent landscapes, as well as the characteristic sounds of nature. The Quinta has a fenced area of about 2,500 m2. Overlooking the Vouga River, this location is ideal for exploring nature by following the footpaths, allowing contact with the animals of the Farm, the fauna and flora in a quiet environment full of magic.

T3 Caramulo Country House "Casula"

Cosy sunny house in beautifull Corte, modern and practical with a (big) bit of romance... Irresistible! In the neighboring villages, there are some convenience stores with basics, restaurants and in Caramulo there are bigger stores, restaurants and also a bakery, some cafés, a fuel pomp, the Museum of Antique Cars, and a traditional Portuguese Landscape.

Reserved space on a small farm, quiet place, perfect for a holiday with children. Within a 10km radius you can find all the services you need to have a rested holiday. The 40km has the city of Aveiro and the beaches of Barra and Costa Nova that in the summer also invite a visit.

It is a house with historical traditions, dates from the 17th century, as well as its experience has history. The whole family has been connected to the arts for over a century. We have centuries-old trees and we love animals. We produce our own organic olive oil.
