Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics, etc. The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

Self-built artist's house on concept of sacred geese, autonomous in electricity. Look at the stars from your bed with a skydôme 1.80 m in diameter. Possibility for a family with 2 children as there is a sofa bed.
