Welkom in mijn eerste huisje. Een gezellig appartement op de 1e verdieping met een heerlijk balkon en weids uitzicht. Lekker genieten van de zon totdat deze onder gaat. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van Goedereede en op 10 minuten fietsen van Ouddorp en de stranden. Dichtbij vindt u diverse natuurgebieden waar prachtige wandelingen gemaakt kunnen worden, of heerlijke fietstochten. Mocht het weer een keertje tegenzitten, vindt u een aantal leesboeken, spelletjes of puzzels in het huisje.

Stellendam private holiday beach house, fishing!

My holiday house is on a park in Stellendam, 20 minutes south of Rotterdam. In walking distance there is a tropical swimming pool. The beach is only 2 km away. It is quite and a perfect location that is not too touristic. Great place for biking, sailing, beach etc.. If you love to eat fish, this is the perfect place for you. It is simple, no luxury Central heating and High speed wifi 45 Mbps. It is a private house not shared. Migrant workers are not allowed by the park's management.

Het huis ligt op een prachtige plek aan het water. In Hellevoetsluis is van alles te zien en te beleven. Tevens is het een prima plek als uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van Rotterdam en/of de Zeeuwse eiland. Je zult genieten van mijn plek vanwege de buitenruimte en de buurt. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor stellen en gezinnen (met kinderen); tevens is er in Hellevoetsluis en omgeving goed viswater. Zakelijke verhuur voor maximaal 3 personen/3 slaapkamers. Zwembad tot januari 2023 gesloten.

Guests who are using the bungalow for working (business) are not permitted both by the park management and the Municipal and the owner has the right to refuse the reservation or booking. The place is close to North Sea Beaches and good for couples and families (with kids).
