Thisapartment is part of a two-family villa with its own entrance and a small garden. It is located 3.5 km from Innsbruck. Composed of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa that can be used as an additional single bed, a large living room with an open kitchen, with an oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, a large table and a very comfortable sofa bed for two people. Bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Covered parking space. Wifi.Völs has a good bus connection and in about 15 minutes you can get to Innsbruck. The house is located in a private street, very quiet. The location is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, and is very close to the best ski resorts (15 min by car), as well as for cross-country skiing. A few minutes' walk away, you can take beautiful walks along the River Inn. It is also ideal for visiting the city of Innsbruck, its museums (interesting ethnic museum, the Ferdinandeum Museum, the Bergisel Museum), concerts and theatres. In Völs, there are also a couple of restaurants and a large shopping centre. A few minutes' walk away, there is a supermarket, restaurant and bakery. The airport as well as the central station can be reached in 15 minutes by car. IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR TOURISTS: The tourist tax of €3 per night per adult (16 years +) for adult tourists. Shopping und Kultur im alpinen Umfeld ! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und ein Arzt. Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
