Thisapartment is part of a two-family villa with its own entrance and a small garden. It is located 3.5 km from Innsbruck. Composed of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa that can be used as an additional single bed, a large living room with an open kitchen, with an oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, a large table and a very comfortable sofa bed for two people. Bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Covered parking space. Wifi.Völs has a good bus connection and in about 15 minutes you can get to Innsbruck. The house is located in a private street, very quiet. The location is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, and is very close to the best ski resorts (15 min by car), as well as for cross-country skiing. A few minutes' walk away, you can take beautiful walks along the River Inn. It is also ideal for visiting the city of Innsbruck, its museums (interesting ethnic museum, the Ferdinandeum Museum, the Bergisel Museum), concerts and theatres. In Völs, there are also a couple of restaurants and a large shopping centre. A few minutes' walk away, there is a supermarket, restaurant and bakery. The airport as well as the central station can be reached in 15 minutes by car. IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR TOURISTS: The tourist tax of €3 per night per adult (16 years +) for adult tourists. TheTourism Board provides all tourists with a Welcome Card that offers many facilities.

Quaint apartment in the old smithy from 1666

Active vacation and city trip, hiking, cycling and winter sports: The Alte Schmiede in Sistrans is the perfect starting point for a break! Between fields, meadows and forests lies the village of 2,500 inhabitants at 1,000 meters directly on the Patscherkofel, with magnificent mountain panorama and views of the Inn Valley. Innsbruck is only 20 minutes away and in 30 minutes you are at the Brenner. The icing on the cake is the special charm of the apartment, which was renovated in 2023: The Alte Schmiede dates back to 1666!

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2 room basement apartment (kitchen-living room with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location of the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" convinces also with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.
