The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

In this unique cottage, you are almost at the water's edge and can enjoy views of the sea from the terrace and the house. An unusual home in the charming Kelstrup Strand with only 20 m to the water. The house is stylishly furnished and modern with outdoor shower as well as beautiful details in materials and decor. Two terraces, Morsø pizza grill, lounge chairs, dining table and cozy nook for the lazy evenings. A home in a class of its own, with fine details in materials and decor. Update: In March, we installed curtains throughout the house.

There is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds. Pluds a Loft with 2 beds. Hemsen is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with duvet and pillow - high chairs - a changing mat in the bathroom. A bathtub for children. TV with internet. Outside there is a table with chairs and a barbecue. You can borrow a dream bed if you're interested There is a fly on all plastic windows. Take the windows is not the fly in. You put on your own linens.

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, is approx. 100 m2, and has air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. There is 1 step inside the apartment. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a rollaway bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.

In the historic and cozy Lille Klingbjerg area, lies this newly renovated apartment. Bright and spacious and overlooking a cozy green backyard. The apartment has its own private courtyard. The area is quiet and located a few minutes from the pedestrian street and the city center. On the same street is the theater mill and small cozy shops (retro lamps, vintage home interiors and a small butcher shop). Grocery stores are a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. Parties are not allowed in the apartment.

Terrace with BBQ grill is avalible just outside the door - and a private roof terrasse (avalible from 2026) for those sunny days! Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

The apartment is located in an independent property and the owner does not live in the property. You have all the opportunities to experience Haderslev from a perfect base.

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.
