There is a super good sofa bed with luxury mattresses and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic stove. There is a large, beautiful living room and two bedrooms - both with 'king size' double beds and therefore plenty of room for 4 adults, or for 2 adults and 2-3 children.

Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Boligen er nyistandsat i 2019 med gulvvarme, nyt køkken og badeværelse med bruser og væghængt toilet. Soveværelse med dobbeltseng og en opredning i stuen til to personer. Køkkenet har komfur med emhætte, mikroovn , opvasker, kaffemaskine, elkedel og køl og frys. Der er egen udestue med bord og stole. Med egen p-plads. OBS! Ingen rygning indenfor og i udestuen. Alt rygning skal foregå udenfor.
