In a very quiet area, the villa provides privacy, peaceful and safe comfort place in calming greenery. In period June-Aug, change over day is Saturday and for stays longer than 7 nights please send an inquiry. Other months, check-in day or min stay is flexible and we suggest to send an inquiry to confirm you availability.

Baskarad House

The newly built Baskarad House is located in the village of Valbandon, near Pula, in the heart of Istria . The house surrounds a 5000 m² large and fenced plot and is ideal for families with children , groups or animal lovers. Shopping facilities, banks, post office, restaurants, beach, etc. can be found in the nearby and very popular fishing village, Fažana (about 5 minutes by car). You can reach the nearest supermarket in 15 minutes on foot and the sea in 25 minutes on foot.

Villa Nascosta

Villa Nascosta is offering a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. It is located in a small Istrian village "Kacana", only 4 km away from Vodnjan and 14 km from Pula. Only 10 km of car drive is needed to reach lovely beaches in Fažana and Peroj. This holiday house is part of a row of connected houses. With an indoor area of 100 m2, it provides a cozy living space. On the ground floor, the open-space entrance leads to the living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for 12 guests. The upper floors feature four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning. Outside, the dining area is shaded, the barbecue area is covered by a large canopy, and in the back garden, a spacious natural pool stands out.
