Completely renovated 1900s townhouse with a quiet south-facing garden. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk to the city center. Halage de la Mayenne 300 m away, small supermarket, tobacco bar, pharmacy 300 m away, bakery 600 m away. The house is inhabited year-round by myself and by my son, a student, on some weekends.
