The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Motovun Bellevue - amazing view, comfortable

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Vila je opremljena sa svim potrebnim kućanskim aparatima što daje osjećaj komoditeta. Donja soba raspolaže velikom garderobom umjesto ormara što omogućuje dodatni komfor. Detalji vile uređeni su u starinskom duhu te obiluje renoviranim namještajem i predmetima.

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Casa Collini - Luxurious villa with sea view + pool

We have fulfilled a dream and created a holiday home with a lot of love and according to our ideas. A new house in the typical style of the Istrian region with a fantastic view of the landscape to the sea. This includes a large heated infinity pool for your sole use and a spacious outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Note: The pool can be heated from April to October. Heating costs €20 for a maximum of 10 hours/day and will be charged additionally.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
