There is an efficient wood stove, 2 winter sleeping bags (Catharina Defence 6) with associated sheet bags, as well as regular duvets and pillows, blankets/blankets, etc. Fireplace that can be used whenever the weather permits. The house is from 1755, renovated and located right by the Wadden Sea National Park. The house is located 3 km outside Højer in very quiet surroundings. Only 3 km from the Wadden Sea. Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located home. Uldgade is Tønder's most beautiful and famous street. The house is centrally located a few meters from Tønder's cozy pedestrian street with cafes and shops. There are a few meters to the park and the nature area at Vidåen. The marsh with all its experiences is right outside the door, and if you are into the Black Sun, there is plenty of opportunity to experience this amazing phenomenon. You will be staying close to the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts. The home: Ground floor contains a small kitchen, hallway with stairs to 1st floor, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, dining room, and TV room. TV with the option to cast. 1st floor, small toilet, two bedrooms with double beds. You bring your own bed linen and towels.

Halmhuset - The Straw House

Our thatched house is probably the only "Halmhuset" that is rented as a vacation home in Denmark. It is breathable, made of clay and straw, and is sustainably supplied by heat pump and photovoltaics. In summer, the thick walls provide pleasant coolness, in winter it is cozy and warm, with a room height of up to 4 meters. A real feel-good place for up to 8 people, located at the gates of the city of Tønder, close to the Wadden Sea National Park and the islands of Sylt and Rømø.

Lejligheden er på ca. 100m2 med aircondition. En hyggelig stue med brætspil, sofa, PS4, smart TV og alt hvad man skal bruge til madlavning. Der er opvaskemaskine. Vi har 3 charmerende og nyrenoverede værelser med sengeplads til 5 voksne, samt en vugge og en weekend seng til børn. Vi har 3 hunde og 1 kat, og kæledyr er velkomne, så længe de er under kontrol og ikke er i sengen. Vi deler toilet om natten, men ellers er det 100% jeres.
