Rustic gem in the heart of Lot-et-Garonne .

Light and airy, open plan Gite within the grounds of the main house, 2 acres of enclosed garden and a shared driveway. Full of rustic charm yet with modern appliances and utilities, including large walk-in shower with toiletries and gated parking. Surrounded by agricultural countryside with rolling fields of sweetcorn, wheat and sunflower fields when in season. 40 minute drive to Bergerac & 1 hour to Bordeaux Guests are welcome to use the 12m pool which is in the grounds of the main house.

Our accommodation is located on the Marmande hillside, 3 minutes' drive to the center and 2 minutes to a supermarket. Very spacious parking. Peaceful oasis located in a 19th century winegrower's house on one level. Adjacent to that of the owners, this accommodation remains very independent. Le Petit Chalet – 2 stars in the tourism ranking

Come and relax in this quiet and cozy place. This home has a separate entrance, lovely terrace with pergola, and garden furniture. The pool, shared with the owners is open from June 01 to September 15. Beautiful view of the meadows and the surrounding countryside. The cottage is located 7 km from the Garonne and 10 km from the Canal des Deux Mers and its famous bike path. It is equipped with a sofa bed downstairs and a 140 bed in the mezzanine, air-conditioned chalet.

Surrounded by a half floral garden half vegetable garden , it is close to another gite and a yurt during the summer period. However, each has its own outdoor space out of sight. It remains a relaxing , serene, and unpretentious place. We offer the essentials with ease.
