Haunt Cafes near a Chic Apartment in a Handsome Building

Bright apartment, stylish moldings and wooden floor. You will find plenty of space in the big living room and the large kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with two single beds. There is also a queen size sofabed in the living room. You will find all you need in the apartment : wifi, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer machine… (There is no television but plenty of books ! and Internet…) The apartment is in the village of Saint-Martin, near famous theaters and cafes. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are along the street. Place de la République, the Marais and Quartier des Halles are within a 15-minute walk. There are two metro stations within two minutes walk and five bus stops nearby. It is easy to access to the apartment and it is ideal for discovering Paris on foot or by public transportation. Note that before accessing the elevator you must climb a staircase equivalent to one and a half floors.

Un appartement entier situé au rez-de jardin dans une grande maison avec une entrée indépendante et autonome. Un salon avec 2 grands canapés qui peuvent être 2 lits confortables. Un coin repas avec TV et une cuisine ouverte sur le salon . Au même niveau se trouve une chambre à coucher spacieuse avec un lit de 180 cm qui peut être séparé pour 2 personnes, la salle de bain avec des toilettes et une douche à l italienne . Une grande piscine à l abri du regard est à votre disposition.

[Coin idyllique aux portes de Paris] Ce petit chalet en bord de lac date de 1984, il a été redecoré mais a besoin d'être rénové, c'est pourquoi je le mets en location afin de récolter des fonds pour les travaux. Tout est fonctionnel, il y a juste l'étage qui n'est pas accessible. Chalet situé dans une résidence privée avec un grand lac idéal pour se baigner et pêcher. Accès direct au lac depuis le jardin. Chalet équipé du wifi très bon débit
