At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Small independent house in the property. Outdoor spaces are shared with the family home as well as parking lots that can accommodate possibly two guest vehicles. Pets are allowed but although fenced the garden is not totally closed. The portal remains open.

Bright and comfortable cottage, La ferme de Montigny

Nice comfortable accommodation located in a beautiful old farmhouse. The cottage has been carefully renovated to showcase the original architecture (exposed bricks and stones, under-slopes, ceiling height). Private parking in the yard. Quiet environment. Petanque court, ping pong table. From the cottage, you can discover beautiful landscapes and pretty small towns (Falaise, Vimoutiers, Argentan). We are 50 minutes from Caen and the sea.
