Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! There is a golf course in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful walking trails - also ideal with dogs. Swimming pool, thermal bath and medical center in the village. Close to a veterinarian. The Mimosa accommodation is also suitable for travelers from/to the south via San Bernardino (A13). Easy, self-check-in/check-out. Outdoor parking right in front of the property.

New, modern guest apartment in the attached part of the house. The studio apartment has three rooms connected by 4 and 7 steps. The middle room with living room/dining room and kitchen is very bright with a view of Sargans Castle. The upper seating area offers a great panoramic view of the castle and Mount Gonzen. The guest apartment is ideal for 2–5 people. Large double bed downstairs, bunk bed and single bed in the upstairs room. Use of hot tub, sauna and washing machine on request.

In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

Lovely apartment with garden seating. The accommodation is in a residential area near a stream. Very close to the Pizol ski area and perfect for beautiful hikes. The cable cars are located one bus station away. The bus station is a 2-minute walk. Upon arrival, each guest receives a guest card (Erlebnispaas - Heidiland) with numerous offers.
