SUNNY VILLAGE HOUSE NEAR BARCELONA

Located in the village of Les Cabanyes, 2 km. Vilafranca del Penedès (In the Penedès wine region). 30 minutes from Barcelona and Tarragona. 15 minutes from the beaches of Sitges, Vilanova or Calafell. Interesting wine cellars to visit. Wine Museum. Old town with restaurants, supermarkets and walking areas. Vilafranca is known as "Els castellers" (human towers). Market is held every Saturday. Every first Sunday of the month is a market of craftsmen, antique shops and traditional food products. The festival takes place from August 28 to September 2.   The house has 3 bedrooms. A double room. A double room with two beds. And a room with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen. Large dining room with terrace. Garden with barbecue on the ground floor. Our house is located on the outskirts of town, in a very quiet rural neighborhood, surrounded by forest and vineyards (1.5 km from town) It has 2 floors. You can relax from the noise of the city, rest, enjoy the barbecue in the patio, play with family and/or friends, read a good book, and walk through the nearby vineyards. There are several wineries and cavas nearby to visit. (Pool only in summer) (Tourist tax in Catalonia is €1.75/person over 17 years old per night, NOT included in the price)

This pretty house with the charm of the Mediterranean accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. On 3 floors, everyone will have their own space. 1 double bedroom on the top floor with its bathroom, 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 2 double beds and 2 single beds, 2 shower rooms and the ground floor with the kitchen, the spacious living room and the patio, terrace and swimming pool with BBQ that allows special moments with friends and family. The pool is even heated in the winter.
