In the city center of Beaupréau, 10 minutes from the entrance to Cholet, 35 minutes from the entrance to Nantes, 45 minutes from Angers, 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 1 hour 20 minutes from the Ocean. There are 2 bedrooms to choose from out of the 5, (for 5 beds max + 1 baby) a recreation room/kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet.

Simplifiez vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et central qui vous apportera calme et confort. Studio rénové en 2024, lit de 160x200, TV, Wifi, coin bureau, cuisine équipée. Ce studio est placé dans une petite cour privée et sécurisée. (vidéosurveillance). Possibilité de sa garer dans la cour ou sur un parking gratuit à 50mètres. Draps et serviettes fournis. You have a 140 x 200 cm wardrobe bed, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, induction stove, microwave oven, range hood, etc. The studio also includes a table area, TV, storage and a bathroom with toilet. 83 m2 detached house that can accommodate 4-6 people located in the town center and close to all amenities. It has a 32 m2 living room with a sitting area with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, laundry room, toilet. Upstairs, an office area, two bedrooms (140 x 190 bed) and a shower room. Linens not provided (Possible as an extra). The house benefits from a large private garden and a minimum of two parking spaces inside, enclosed by a gate.
