Beautiful small Asturian holiday cottage. Wake up to stunning views and spend cozy evenings on the sunny terrace watching the sunset over the Sierra del Sueve. Our mission is to create modern boutique accommodation with as little environmental impact as possible. Much of the apartment, and its furniture, is made from wood sustainably sourced from our land and we use natural/chemical free building materials whenever possible. For other materials we always try to source locally and sustainably.

Your home in Los Picos de Europa

A 75 m2 house distributed over three levels and featuring a separate kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. It is an old building that has been completely renovated and equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances, dishes, bed linens, and towels. It has a closed patio with access from the kitchen to relax or eat outside and a balcony overlooking the street.

Potes capital of the area is 7 km away. 35 km away we have the Fuente Dé Cable Car that goes up to Picos and 50 km from the beaches of San Vicente de la Barquera. We are located in the vicinity of Covadonga and Picos de Europa National Park (15 minutes by car). And 30 minutes from the Cantabrian Sea where you can enjoy the beautiful beaches and picturesque coastal villages.

The ground floor has a kitchen-dining room, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor you will find another double room, a single bedroom, a living room (equipped with sofa bed) and reading room. Outside it has a covered terrace, garden and private parking for 2 cars.
