Fantastic country house near Madrid

Very cozy country house with garden, pool and hammock area. The terrace with large table and chairs and sofa area overlooking the garden and pool. The house has two floors with 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen with Smeg appliances and a very spacious living room with a fireplace. Perfect location for cycling routes through the countryside. NO ACCOMMODATION FOR GUESTS UNDER 30 YEARS OF AGE. In June, July, and September, the minimum stay is 2 nights. At Christmas, the minimum stay is 3 nights.

Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant accommodation. We've been Airbnb hosts for years, renting out the attic of our own home. Since it didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and affection. We hope you like it!

It is a beautiful, charming and cozy stone and wood house, ideal to forget about the daily tensions of the city. It is very well equipped and well maintained. It has a stately garden in the front, very nice and independent. The house has 4 rooms facing the outside, with lots of light, and two separate bathrooms. A living room with a stone fireplace and a large window with beautiful mountain views. In the back, there is a large wooden porch for spending time together.
