The common areas include a large living-dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a wine cellar with music, a games room with table tennis, etc. Outside, there's a large garden, a swimming pool (covered in winter) with a diving board, a gazebo with a barbecue and a traditional oven for roasts, an outdoor and indoor children's playground, trampolines, a basketball court, and large spaces for sunbathing, relaxing, playing cards, etc.

The house has two floors with 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen with Smeg appliances and a very spacious living room with a fireplace. Perfect location for cycling routes through the countryside. NO ACCOMMODATION FOR GUESTS UNDER 30 YEARS OF AGE. In June, July, and September, the minimum stay is 2 nights. At Christmas, the minimum stay is 3 nights.

Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant accommodation. We've been Airbnb hosts for years, renting out the attic of our own home. Since it didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and affection. We hope you like it!
