It's situated in the quiet area, surrounded by mountains, park and a sea. Residence have indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and kids playground. 15 mins walk to the start of the promenade to the beautiful village of Villajoyosa and 7 min to drive to the shops and restaurants of Villajoyosa or Finestrat, so it's recommended to have a car for access to facilities.

Amazing brand new 3 bedroom apartment (2022) with sea views located in a luxury unique residence 100m away to the beach with exceptional facilities, in a natural environment with trees, walks in the mountain by the sea. 15 mins walk to the start of the promenade to the fishing village of Villajoyosa famous for its colourful houses and 5 mins drive to all shopping premises, bars, restaurants, nightlife, theme parks etc. There is 1 beach restaurant open all year and 1 beach bar open from Jun-Sep.
