Lake view & more - "family nest"

Relax with your family in this peaceful place. Our 3rd apartment is about 40 m² in size and we have built it handicap accessible. ! Only in late summer 2024 will the access via the garden probably be completely wheelchair accessible. The apartment is lovingly furnished; has an almost complete deep window front on the sunny side, which makes the room completely flooded with light and the view of the countryside, into the garden, into the mountains is unique. PLEASE ONLY PETS ON REQUEST!

Ich habe mir mit meiner Familie unseren großen Traum erfüllt und das Apartmenthaus Kozma in Bodensdorf am Ossiachersee errichtet. Wir sind ein "kleines" Apartmenthaus mit 2 liebevoll eingerichteten Studio Apartments, nur 150 m vom See entfernt, Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn 5km, genau bei Peterlewand Urlaub mit Kinderbetreuung!!! In Kozma Apartments im Bodensdorf am Ossiachersee wird an wirklich jedes Familienmitglied gedacht,egal ob Sie mit dem Baby oder mit älteren Kindern anreisen.

Cozy apartment with a fantastic view

Apartment with a dream view of the Karawanken, in fine weather all the way to Slovenia. Newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating for cozy warmth, in the kitchen fine wood stove for heating. In the middle of the Gurktal in a small village with some hiking and biking routes nearby. Within 10 minutes there is the shopping town of Feldkirchen with many possibilities. Within a very short time you can get to various lakes such as Wörthersee, Ossiacher See and Goggausee.

Every morning, when the sun sends its first rays over the Dobratsch into the Gailtal, you feel: here you are in a special place. And whether you're snuggling up in the pillows again or discovering the breathtaking nature for yourself full of energy – here, vacation is authentic and pure. You will stay in the former farmhouse at about 800 m above sea level in close proximity to the magnificent Carinthian lakes and surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Carnic Alps.

Each of our spacious apartments has at least one balcony and invites you to enjoy the afternoon sun. With a size between about 40 to 56 sqm there is enough space for hikers, couples or families with children. They are all quaintly comfortably furnished and offer everything you need. The apartments are equipped with dishes, bed linen and towels, as well as a hair dryer. Free Wi-Fi is also available for all apartments. So home office is not an obstacle!

3 Fantastic vacation home in prime location

Our 85 m² vacation home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the first floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms, each with its own shower room on the second floor. Our vacation home was built in 2017. It is bright, spacious, cozy and equipped to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/satellite is available in each room. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Internet access via Wi-Fi is a matter of course.

Relax vacation home

Sit back and relax in this calm, stylish space. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun and the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace. Partly with a view of Lake Millstätter See. The house itself is in a quiet location at 840m above sea level. It was built in the 60s and converted in the 70s and was operated as a bed and breakfast. After it was closed and sold, we are now rebuilding it into holiday apartments.

What to expect: A cozy, lovingly furnished and idyllically located 50 square meter apartment on the second floor of our house. Ideal for two people. You will stay in an adjacent nature reserve with a fitness course, through which you can walk to the beautiful Lake Faak in 15 minutes, which you can enjoy free of charge with our bathing cards and in winter you are only 15 minutes by car from the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn.
