The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a former family hotel. An elevator is available. An electronically operated awning is located above the balcony. The apartment is on the upper floor of a former classic Carinthian inn, much of the time is preserved, lovingly modernized and currently inhabited by aunt and niece. In the front garden, an old cherry tree invites you to relax, with a fantastic view of the Carinthian mountains. Lakes, mountains, hiking, skiing, shopping all very close.
