Casa el Fontin - Fantastic spacious comfortable vacation villa within Urbanizacion El Encinar del Alberche. Just had a fresh update. It has a unique split of 2 floors so with family or friends you can enjoy your privacy, but be together in this ´retro style´ villa. A swimming pool, fire pit, bbq, pizza oven, trampoline and all other amenities. From the garden and terrace you can enjoy time together and the silence of nature. Very charming villa with a nice and spacious garden

It is a beautiful, charming and cozy stone and wood house, ideal to forget about the daily tensions of the city. It is very well equipped and well maintained. It has a stately garden in the front, very nice and independent. The house has 4 rooms facing the outside, with lots of light, and two separate bathrooms. A living room with a stone fireplace and a large window with beautiful mountain views. In the back, there is a large wooden porch for spending time together.

In the mountains 30km from Madrid we rent out our villa with more than 400 m2 of living space and a garden with pool. That garden is 4000 m2 and has more than 100 trees. From the house and outside terrace you have a fantastic view and at the pool there is lounge area. The pool is 13m long en 6m wide. The villa has been recently fully renovated and everything is new. The climate is nice, warm and dry.
