Los Miradores, is a complex of 8 houses for temporary use, implanted in a land of 2.368m2 with steep slope in the highest area of the city of Villa Allende, Córdoba. This work tries to recover the spirit of architecture as an art. From this reflection comes a 900m2 building, with a continuous semi-covered basement, which houses the bedroom area. On this, the day zone is supported, materialized by four rectangular prisms of the same proportions.

This is a independent house within the property of the house where my family lives. We are near to Allende Hospital, Kempes and Orfeo stadiums. The room has a queen size bed with satelite TV, heating, A/C, and big wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge, electric oven, coffee machine, etc. There is a livingroom with dining table and a futon where two extra people can sleep. Parking space and barbecue grill is free for you to use!

A paradise!!! Really, the house is located in Cabana 7 km from Unquillo. It has all the amenities, an en-suite bedroom, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, service bathroom and a beautiful gallery. It has an incredible pool, with all the dreamy mountain view. A place full of peace and quiet to enjoy. It has a capacity for 10 people. The house has a descent to the creek. No regrets!!! Consult me.
