Ideal per a parelles, rodamons i viatges de negocis. Consta d'una habitació, un bany i cuina menjador. Pati exterior moblat per gaudir d'una estona de relax o treballar cómodament a l'exterior. S’ofereixen llençols i tovalloles inclosos en el servei. Per a estades superiors a una setmana s'ofereix neteja i canvi de llençols segons tarifa vigent. Consta de una cocina abierta totalmente equipada, salón-comedor con vistas al campo y salida a la terraza. Una habitación con cama doble de 150 cm, y un sofá-cama en el salón. Tanto el apartamento Rissec como el Manol tienen a su disposición un pequeño rincón de lavandería, con lavadora, secadora, tabla de planchar con plancha y tendedero de ropa, accesible las 24 h.
