Very well connected with a fast route to the beach areas (Sanxenxo, A Lanzada, O Grove, Combarro, Isla de Arousa..) and cities like Santiago de Compostela. It is 5 minutes from the city of Pontevedra. Very close to an equestrian center and various furanchos (typical food) to eat. Possibility of accommodating up to 12 people.

Chalet en urbanización, con vistas a la montaña. La cocina se encuentra totalmente equipada con todo el menaje y electrodomésticos necesarios. Con jardín privado, de 850m2, cerrado alrededor de la casa, en el que se encuentran: parque infantil, barbacoa; piscina de uso exclusivo de la casa (11x5m) y cierre con llave. Fantastic, impressive villa

Located in Gondomar(Val Miñor) fantastic chalet to spend it as a family,enjoying its large pool and the spaciousness of the house. Closed soccer field. BBQ,large terraces overlooking the garden and mountain. It has 5 bedrooms with a double bed, being one of 2 meters by 2 meters. Great dining room with a nice fireplace,and a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Private parking for several cars. From the back there is a quiet path for walking or cycling.
