Relax in this charming and spacious house with south facing sun terrace. This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Family home with contemporary charm.

Located 1 hour from Futuroscope and 30 minutes from the parks of La Brenne, our house will bring you the relaxation and calm that you are looking for while combining comfort and space for holidays for families or friends. We renovated this old barn on 2 levels with a contemporary touch while keeping the charm of the old. The swimming pool (6x12m) is heated from June to September according to the outside temperatures and has a fully equipped pool house (kitchen, shower, toilet)

I rent this pleasant house in the heart of Touraine. You can rest and have fun. Spacious and suitable for a large family or group of friends. Very pleasant for 12-17 people. 6 bedrooms and 12 beds: 5 double beds, 7 single + 2 children's umbrella beds (BB) 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets. Swimming pool: 8x5m heated from 01/06 to 15/09, underwater bike, jacuzzi, TV, treadmill, darts, pinball, table football, 2 bar arcade games, table tennis, shuffleboard, badminton... and the garden.
