La casa tiene una excelente vista al mar en todos sus espacios, cuanta con juegos para niños, jacuzzi para 8 personas, hamaca en el bosque y un quincho muy equipado y colindante con los juegos para niños. El condominio esta muy bien desarrollado con accesos, caminos, pistas de bicicleta, pumptruck, acceso privado a una playa en la que solo puedes llegar por el condominio, en esa playa hay 3 quinchos con techo, asientos y parrillas para bajar y poder disfrutar en familia y amigos.

Beautiful and spacious house located in the middle of nature. Unique place, with solitary beaches, hiking and fishing in the sea. They fit 16 people comfortably, ideal for 2 or 3 families. It has terraces, hot tub, hammocks, grill, stove and mud oven. 4 pieces, living room, 3 bathrooms, large common spaces. 15 min from Llico and 20 from Vichuquén. Seventh region of the Maule. 4 hours from Santiago. Access to dirt road, in safe and quiet condominium.

Great shore house on the shore of Vichuqen. You can get to this spacious place and enjoy its facilities and the lake without having to get back in the car since it is very well located being close to the Lake Boulevard and the supermarket. The house is fully stocked, however guests are asked to bring their towels as they are considered personal items. The water is deep well so it is recommended to take bottled water.
