Lovely views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. Cozy house with good atmosphere and all amenities in rural Torsnes. There is a private parking space with access to an electric car charger. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.

A small and charming house by the sea

A quiet and calm option where you are almost at the bottom of a cul-de-sac. 40 meters from the sea, overlooking all the way to Vestfold. Covered terrace with heating lamp, gas grill and not least a hot tub. Saltnes is known for its amazing sunsets, and here you get the stand space to enjoy both from the hot tub, under a roof on the terrace or from the sofa well buzzed into a blanket. We also have the coastal path not far away, which gives the opportunity for great trips in our nice village.

Equipped with fast Wi-Fi and a workspace, it's an ideal base for work and exploration. We have a 3 year old, so some stomping of feet might be heard from top floor.

In addition, it is close to sea bathing, fishing, paddling with our two kayaks and walking distance to our charming local restaurants (Havstenssunds Bistro and Skaldjurcaffeet). It is 8 km to Grebbestad where there is a rich selection of restaurants and shops that are open all year round.
