Newly built single-family home with welcoming architecture and delicious details. The accommodation is furnished with, among other things, 5 spacious bedrooms, two large living rooms, dining room with exit to sunny terrace, nice kitchen, 2 lovely bathrooms, and laundry room with exit. The accommodation is located by the forest in Årøysund, close to great hiking areas, and a five minute walk to several great swimming areas. Several marinas nearby provide access to idyllic archipelago. Walking distance to playgrounds, ball court, and alpine slope in winter. About 12 km to Tønsberg.

Large house with a view, Perfect for the big family.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Large plot that is completely undisturbed at the end of a private dead end street. A very sunny property and several undisturbed patios. 1. et.: Hallway, laundry room, bathroom/WC, kitchen with dining area, cold room, living room, dining room, glass veranda. 1 bedroom. Large porch with multiple zones. 2. et.: Hallway, living room w/bed, bathroom/WC, 4 bedrooms. Sleeps: 11 ( 1 180cm bed, 2 150cm, 2 x 120cm and 1 90cm in loft living room + possibly a guest bed)

MomentStay

This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea at Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and throughout a high standard. Lovely views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sun coast;) Swimming opportunities are available two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a pleasant place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all opportunities to create good holiday memories.

Great classic beachfront villa

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun by the sea. Here it is far to the nearest neighbor and the large patio invites to play and fun for you and your family. There is also plenty of space inside so here it is possible for two families to spend time together. Bring your own boat or rent a boat here (with fishing equipment and water skiing). Boat place is nearby. 2 terrain electric bikes can also be rented. Interior interior is of older vintage, but clean, neat and in order. Nostalgic and charming.

Nice house with a view to the sea and large porch

At this place, your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Only 1 km to the ferry that goes to the center of Fredrikstad and to the old town. 900 m to the center of Gressvik where you will find shops, pharmacy, food service and a pub. Fredrikstad has lots of nice hiking opportunities and swimming areas. Onsøy and Hankø are only a short drive away. The house contains everything you need for a pleasant stay and has a large porch with barbecue grill. We have a travel bed for children and bedding available

Unique skipper house with hens in the garden

Have a relaxing vacation at Hvaler, with hens, ducks, and large private yard. Walking distance to Ytre Hvaler National Park and both Ilemyr and Haugetjern Nature Reserve. From here there are good opportunities for outdoor activities such as swimming or paddling in nearby fjord waters, hiking and biking. Possibility to rent a DRINK and kayak. Historic City Villa

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central in Sarpsborg with 2 minutes walk to the pedestrian street in the center. The house is sheltered and peaceful, with no disturbing traffic noise. Take advantage of the superbly prepared garden with stone benches and garden table and your own barbecue. In the fall you can pick apples of the three big apple trees - totally free of course! The house is newly renovated in 2023 and consists of 3 floors. Welcome to Sarpsborg! :)

Seaside holiday dream in Tanumstrand, Grebbestad

We are just starting to rent out this wonderful villa in an amazing location! A modern and spacious house with only 750-800m to the beach and the sea! Equally close is Tanumstrand Spa and resort with facilities such as restaurant and bar, beachclub, mini golf, adventure swimming, tennis, etc. To cozy Grebbestad, you walk in 25 min. Enjoy the west coast at its best, a perfect starting point for a complete holiday in beautiful Bohuslän! Quietly located, yet close to everything for both big and small!

House with charm and rural idyll

Cozy house with good atmosphere and all amenities in rural Torsnes. There is a private parking space with access to an electric car charger. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.
