This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea at Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and throughout a high standard. Lovely views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sun coast;) Swimming opportunities are available two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a pleasant place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all opportunities to create good holiday memories.

Cozy brewery in Engelsviken

Cozy brewery house in charming surroundings with walking distance to several nice beaches to several nice beaches, and Engelsviken pier. The brewery house has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, another small bedroom, further there are two sleeping places in a loft room, tiled bathroom with washer/dryer, living room with dining area, and a simple but practical kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and stove. The space is suitable for a family, or one for two couples, who would like to enjoy one of the pearls of the Oslo fjord.

Have a relaxing vacation at Hvaler, with hens, ducks, and large private yard. Walking distance to Ytre Hvaler National Park and both Ilemyr and Haugetjern Nature Reserve. From here there are good opportunities for outdoor activities such as swimming or paddling in nearby fjord waters, hiking and biking. Possibility to rent a DRINK and kayak. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful rural landscape, lush forests for extended walks, rich wild life for the keen observer. 120 m2 fully equipped at your disposal on a former farm neighbouring the main house. Fresh eggs and sometimes vegetables at a small extra cost. Short distance to nearby seaside (5-7 km) with nice beaches. House with charm and rural idyll

Cozy house with good atmosphere and all amenities in rural Torsnes. There is a private parking space with access to an electric car charger. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.

Cozy house, rural and close to the sea - child friendly

The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

Newly renovated home in a peaceful garden setting with sea views. Large, rustic garden with ancient trees and attractive rock features. Patios and a brand new deck to enjoy the garden and views. Outdoor dining area and a BBQ. Open plan, spacious living area with large windows. En suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a desk/work area. 4-minute walk to a tranquil bay, and 5-minute drive to Strömstad centre and Koster Islands ferry. Great waterside and forest trails and free outdoor gym close by.

Centrally located, detached small house with parking space

Newly built small house, about 50 sqm, on two floors. Centrally located about 10 minutes' walk to Kosterbåtarna. Close to everything. In the house, there is a 140 cm bed and a 105 cm bed, as well as a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide. Duvets and pillows are included, but not bed sheets or towels. Young people who want to party should choose another accommodation, this is in a quiet area. NOTE: Pets and smoking not allowed NOTE: cleaning is not included NOTE: only one parking space

Lovely little house- right on the beach

A gem with a view and direct access to the beach. Newly renovated outhouse with kitchen/ living room, large bedroom with doors directly out to large terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Walk down through the garden to the beach for a bath, kayak, play a round of boccia or hike along the coastal path. 10 min bike ride to Holmsbu with country shop, restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunsets all year round! Perfect for a couple or small family.
