As a guest, you live separately from the family's/landlord's home with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and orangery with patio. It takes about 10 minutes to Skrea Strand/Fbg city center or 30 minutes to Varberg , Halmstad or the shopping at Gekås in Ullared. Two bedrooms, shower and toilet, new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room with tv. Wi-fi, patio with barbecue facilities.

Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

Surrounded by beautiful forest, hiking trails and vineyards, this idyllic cottage is a cottage. With a distance of just under 800 meters, you can reach Ästad winery, which also has a fantastic spa and restaurant. 40 meters from the cottage, you will find a swimming area with a jetty. A couple of kilometers from the cottage is Hiaklitten, a fantastic hiking trail. But it is just as good to hike around the fantastic lake next to the cottage.

I Katthuset finns vattenkokare, mikro,värme och torn.Eget utedass och utedusch intill. Möjlighet finns att köpa till en enklare frukost att äta i huset, på verandan eller alternativt i Drakhuset. Boendet ligger en mil från Ullared med det stora varuhuset Gekås.
