Located 9 km south of Cahors, a medieval city rich in history, and 10 km from Lalbenque, capital of the black truffle, and just 200 meters from the Chemin de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle (GR 65), the Figuier gîte is a unique place to preserve and share. A getaway among the bushy trails of the Causses Blancs du Lot. Nature has been preserved and beautified. Humans continue to plant truffle oaks, vines and olive trees. This rental is not located on Rue Montois in Vers, but 2 km from the village of Vers. Ground-floor apartment in a house located in the Lot department, between Cahors and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. Separate entrance leading directly to a pond that may sometimes be dry, all on a wooded, fenced-in one-hectare (2.5-acre) property bordered by a river. Parking space. Equipped kitchen-living room. The Pescalerie Mill

The property includes a dwelling house built against the cliff and an unrestored mill built on a resurgence, with a pool of clear water and a beautiful waterfall. You will stay in the house which can accommodate 8 people without fear of disturbing the neighbors. The beds are distributed upstairs between a bedroom with a double bed and sink and a large bedroom equipped with 3 double beds + another double bed in the mezzanine, under the roof.

A cottage built in 2021 with a large covered terrace open to nature. It consists of two bedrooms with king size beds, a 40 m² kitchen lounge, a bathroom with bathtub and dry toilet. A place that is suitable for one-night or multi-night stays.
