We offer an apartment on the first floor with a spacious equipped kitchen including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and oven. Furthermore, in the apartment you will find a stylish bathroom with a shower and toilet. The heart of the apartment is a large living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed. Enjoy a peaceful sleep in a separate bedroom on a 140 cm wide bed. We offer table football and a selection of wines from our own wine shop.

Your whole family and friends will relax in our secluded place. There is a room with a couch, table and chairs, with a kitchenette and a fridge. In the attic, there is a large bedroom with four beds, a TV, and a wardrobe. (Steep stairs! Equipped with a gate.) In the second, smaller bedroom on the ground floor, there are two beds and cabinets. (Layout - behind the bathroom!). The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Blinds on the windows. In the garden, there is a gazebo with a fireplace and seating area, and a trampoline. The property is located on a spacious fenced plot surrounded by meadows and nearby forests. Access is via a 500m gravel road

The appartment is located on the first floor of the cottage Peřový Dům. In the quiet village of Brezova between Adrspach - Teplice Rocks, Broumovské stěny and Ostaš. Ideal for hiking, biking, climbing and cross-country skiing. Accommodation for 6-8 people We offer free WiFi. We do not charge costs for cleaning the appartment (2000 Kč) if you clean it before leaving. Electricity is charged against actual use and costs. Tourist taxes, 30,- Kč/pp/night, should be paid at arrivel.
