In Fall 2024 I moved Back Inn Time B&B outside of St Albans to a gorgeous lot in Fairfax. Just 10 minutes away, it feels like we're in a haven of natural inspiration, with a mixture of meadows, trees, a babbling brook and lake view. Birdsong Farm, luxurious ski town retreat.

Luxurious, bright, and cozy farmhouse nestled in the heart of Stowe, moments from town center and Mountain Road. Spacious 2nd floor master suite boasts a king bed, flat screen satellite TV, WiFi, full bath and plenty of closet space. When booking for 3-4 guests ($45 per person per night after 2nd guest), an additional, smaller room with a double bed and full bath is provided (otherwise blocked). Both rooms have unobstructed views of the Mt. Mansfield slopes and our serene riverfront grounds.

Middlebury Private Suite, walk to campus.

A pleasant walk to Middlebury town and college from this handsome 1827 Federal home which is licensed with the state. The suite has two bedrooms with one private bathroom and it’s own entrance. Each room has a queen bed with a comfortable mattress fitted with sun dried cotton sheets. The suite has a small refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and French press. If the reservation is for 2 persons but both bedrooms are required, there is an additional $80 per night charge.

The Spooner House - Enjoy the peaceful countryside of Hartland, just minutes from Quechee, Woodstock, Norwich, Lebanon, Hanover, and White River Junction. The Gates Room features a queen-sized bed, private bathroom, and a desk with mountain views, perfect for remote work with our 100GB fiber internet. Your stay includes a self-serve breakfast with homemade granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, espresso drinks, and tea. You'll also have access to the shared kitchen and parlor.

WestWind Mountainside Retreat

Spectacular location, great for skiers in winter or hikers or foliage viewers in season. 20 min. from Stowe Village. Spectacular 270-degree view of Mt Mansfield (Stowe Mountain Ski area). 15 wooded & pastured acres for hiking or snowshoeing. Guests share the home entrance with the host. We DEEP CLEAN before your arrival and after your stay with us. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic and the fact that I am immuno-compromised, WE REQUIRE GUESTS OVER 12 TO BE VACCINATED.

Built in 1902 and restored in 1988, we have tried to keep true to the authenticity of a working Vermont farmhouse. Thus the name of the farm Antiquity Acres. Here you will find, a quiet place to rest, away from noise but minutes to Stowe on a beautiful dead end road with picturesque views. A private working horse farm sitting on 90 acres of open pastoral land with mountain views, complete with 2 spring fed swimming ponds, and walking trails.

3 Building Farm Stay at Wise Pines (16 guests)

Wise Pines is a Holistic & Sustainable Inn/Hiker Hostel that offers a unique farm experience. The property has 2 treehouses (for lodging) and a 12 person renovated barn with 2 private rooms and a bunkroom. Wise Pines sits on 40 acres of land, complete with walking/hiking trails and a pond to sit by and enjoy. The owners live on property with their dogs, ducks & chickens.

The Shepherd's Retreat

This in-law apartment is on the first floor of our 2 level home and has its own separate entrances. It features an open floor plan with galley kitchen and breakfast bar. This location has a peaceful relaxing atmosphere but with easy access to shopping, site seeing, hiking, and is minutes away from historic Bennington, Vt and the Berkshires (Mass Moca Museum).
