The house: approx. 110 m² - three floors - 2 bedrooms - open kitchen with living area - large 20 m² roof terrace - sauna Garage for bicycles/motorcycle (no car) Good starting point for motorcycle, cycling tours, many other leisure activities and markets - or for a day trip to the Côte d'Azur.

The house is located directly on the lake, separated only by a quiet street. Enjoy the fantastic view of the lake from two terraces on two floors. Behind the house, a garden oasis awaits you as a retreat after a day at the lake or the numerous activities in the area. Relax in the pool, on the sun lounger, or be active thanks to the counter-current system in the pool. Or dream in the hammock between the trees with a view of the lake.
