Vivienda con vistas frontales al mar, WIFI 600 mb, terraza, 2 dorm, 2 baños, en urbanización en primera línea real de playa, zonas comunes muy amplias con gran pradera de césped y cuatro maravillosas piscinas. Salida directa a la playa y al paseo marítimo con total ausencia de coches. Ideal para familias con niños en julio y agosto, resto del año muy tranquilo para pasar largas temporadas en la región con más horas de sol de Europa. A 30 kms de Cabo de gata, ideal para hacer excursiones de día.

In the middle of the naturist zone of Vera Playa, this nice ground floor 2-person apartment is in complete freedom for your vacation! The apartment is equipped with a bathroom with toilet and bathtub with shower, equipped kitchen, bedroom with A/C and heating, with double bed and wardrobe and a cozy living room. There is a terrace with table and chairs and there are sunbeds available. Adjacent to the terrace, there is a screened garden. There is WiFi, TV (TV-Vlaanderen) and music system.

This great three-bedroom beachfront townhouse is the perfect place to spend your vacation with family or friends. The ground floor consists of a living room, separate kitchen, toilet and two gardens, one of them 80m2 that gives access to the pool area of the development. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (two of them with ocean views) and two full bathrooms (one of them en suite). The top floor is a spectacular terrace overlooking the sea.

Luminoso apartamento

80m2 apartment with a large terrace with good orientation, free Wi-Fi, and TV. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two twin beds, all rooms with newly installed fans. The house also has a washing machine, refrigerator, ceramic hob, iron, microwave, kitchenware, linens, and towels. The development, 500 meters from the beach, has two swimming pools and a beautiful common area. I don't have parking and I don't allow pets.

Beach with water activities 20 meters from the apartment. Bus stop, taxi in front of residential.
