Guests have the opportunity to sit on the outdoor terrace and in the meadow on the shore of the lagoon itself. The apartment is in a private house built in 2010 in traditional fisherman's style. The house is located in Preila's village, only 15 meters from the Curonian Lagoon. We offer our guests to have a rest at the terrace or meadow just at the lagoon.

From here, picturesque pine forest paths are situated to the most visit Neringa's sights - Parnizio Dune, Urbo hill with lighthouse, Lagoon coast with marina.
