My place, adjoining the owners' house, located in a large wooded garden is 10 minutes from the great lake of Maubuisson, 15 minutes from the Ocean and close to the Medoc vineyards. For the months of July and August a minimum of 2 nights is required . It includes an equipped kitchen living room, a bedroom with 140 bed one bedroom with 2 beds of 90, a closet in each. Outdoor terrace of 8 m2 with garden furniture sheltered from a blind. Washing machine room, outdoor games for young and old.

HOURTIN, lovely independent and quiet cottage

Lovely cottage close to the lake beach and the island for children, 10 km from the ocean by road or by bike via the bike path. Located in the cul-de-sac of a very quiet small residence. The chalet is enclosed on 600 m2. In the front a sunny wooden terrace and in the back a shaded garden with a table and benches as well as a shelter for beach toys and bikes. The interior is neat, comfortable, cozy and very well-equipped. cared for bedding Two bikes are provided (padlock)

Two swimming pools, one 30 metres away and one heated 300 metres away, tennis courts, beach volleyball, and free city stadium. Sheets provided, no towels. Chalet of 28 m ² certified two stars, understanding(including) a cooking / room to be eaten of 22 m ², room with bed of 140, room of bath-toilets as well as a mezzanine of 12 m ² with two beds of 90 and a terrace of 20 m ² understanding a garden table, deckchairs, a plancha. The swimming pool of the owners is in free access as well as a petanque field, an outside table-tennis table, a gantry and a barbecue.

On the same property as my house The treehouse is a "chalet", quiet and air-conditioned. Wi-Fi, no parties allowed equipped kitchen, shower room, toilet, 2 bedrooms upstairs, covered terrace, garden furniture, BBQ. Ping Pong, darts for safety, there is a pool in a photo, but it is not included in the rental, no bed linens, towels Cleaning is your responsibility

The kitchen is open on the living room & living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and an outdoor barbecue completes! 2 terraces are available including a semi-covered one. WC and shower room are separate.
